No matter what we do, we all suffer injuries, aches and pains from time to time. These may stem from many years of sitting at a desk or may be the result of manual labour. They could be historic sporting injuries, repetitive strains or new acute injuries. Some can be persistent problems which have been looked at by many professionals and yet you still cannot shake off.
Sports Massage Therapy, applied to my level of skill, is a most effective therapy for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the muscle-skeletal system. Sports Massage can relieve stress and pain from the neck, shoulders, back, elbows, knees and ankles. It is extremely important to the healing process of a sports injury, or indeed an injury which simulates sporting injury symptoms.
